COMPLEX PERSONNEL TECHNOLOGIES. INTRODUCTION
Personnel technologies are «algorithm ways of result achievement which can involve different procedures and methods relevant to the specific problem situation. They are formed for specific case, realized through a counseling process and provided by team of specialists. These ways are interdisciplinary and form partnership as between consultants and organizations, adapt to organizational culture and meet performance requirements» [1].
Assessment Center technology, technology of personnel audit, technology of social- psychological situation diagnostics, "Learning by Doing" technology as well as complex technology of formation and training of reserve group of managers can be subsumed to the fundamental personnel technologies .
